I hope all is well. It is a rainy and wet day today. I think we are just going to go back to our apartment and be shut ins for the rest of the day until our 5pm appointment.
No one was at church again. Investigators that is. Kind of a bummer. I don't know how to get them there. It seems that as soon as we set someone with a baptism date, they disappear until they can no longer make that date. Hmmmm... I don't know what to do about it either. We are racking our brains and trying to get members out with us.
We went 30 miles on the bikes on Saturday. Not too hard when we go all over the south side because no one is home. We had actually gone 29.13 miles when we got back to the apartment.... so we biked the last little bit in the parking lot so we could get it up to 30. Hahahaha, Elder Crockett wasn't going to settle for anything less then 30 after going so close.
We had a pretty awesome lesson on Monday with Bruce. We taught him the restoration... and now he wont answer his phone. Go figure hahaha, we'll catch up with him though. We met a really nice part member family that has quite a bit of potential. All in all, a pretty good week. We have interviews with President Tucker on Thursday. Other then that and the weather, this week should be pretty normal.
